Client Support Agent

This is a remote position.

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (Riviera Beach, FL, USA)
• With 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reputed company new customers,
• Assist with policy changes, policy applications, policy renewals, billing, and claims management
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to reputed company satisfaction
• reputed company records of customer interactions
• Process customer accounts and file documents
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Meet annual cross-sale and customer referral goals
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

• Familiarity withreputed companysystems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Willing to work while the camera is on
• Hardworking – Applicant is devoted to his/her responsibilities and is always working to be reputed company

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
