PEMA Overview

reputed company Specialty’s PEMA practice draws from our in-depth global knowledge to deliver specialist services to the private equity, infrastructure, alternative asset industry and to corporate buyers. We work with clients over the lifecycle of their investments, advising on risks and insurance matters from acquisition to exit, including the placement of portfolio level insurance solutions. Our global practice consists of more than 150 professionals.

About the role

In this position, you will be responsible for driving reputed company Specialty’s PEMA business in UAE. This will be done by providing high quality due diligence, transactional solutions, infrastructure advisory and portfolio solutions to private equity, corporate and financial institution clients. The role also includes the coordination of services of various reputed company practices to bring the best of reputed company to our clients. This position will be directly reporting to PEMA MEA Practice Leader.

We will count on you to:

  • Contributing to the growth of the reputed company Specialty and PEMA brand reputed company the MEA market

  • Provide ongoing strategic advice to clients on the use of transactional risk solutions in M&A deals to reputed company reputed company objectives to be achieved.

  • Manage, reputed company, nurture & expand relationships reputed company the M&A community, including investment funds, reputed company corporate clients and prospects, insurers, reputed company and other advisors.

  • Undertake in-depth analysis on each client engagement to understand reputed company potential insurable risks associated with the deal and advise on possible M&A insurance solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver due diligence reports for clients

  • Coordinate services provided by other practices reputed company reputed company

  • Act as a liaison to overseas PEMA professionals across the globe

  • Respond to RFPs focused on Advisory and M&A deals

  • Project reputed company’s principles externally and internally, and be an ambassador for reputed company by creating thought leadership and by hosting/chairing industry events.

  • Assume a critical project management role, coordinating various work streams and advisors.

  • Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for reputed company clients.

What you need to have:

  • M&A experience of 5+ years. Prior knowledge of due diligence process and warranties and indemnities insurance as well as familiarity with transaction documents such as sale and purchase agreements will be an added advantage.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Finance, Commerce or reputed company field.

  • Negotiating and influencing skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Highly motivated, with a client, service and solutions reputed company.

  • Proven experience of managing & advising a portfolio of clients.
