Role Overview

Colibri seeks an reputed company, execution-driven Vice President of Program Management to reputed company and scale reputed company program delivery across core systems, transformation initiatives, and strategic business operations. This leader will bring operational rigor to Colibri's technology organization, establish reputed company-wide program visibility, and ensure the delivery of key technology solutions—on time, on budget, and with measurable business impact.

As Colibri undergoes a major reputed company transformation, this role will serve as a key sponsor for secure, compliant, and auditable system delivery across regulated industries. This includes supporting initiatives reputed company to Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT)—ensuring accuracy, traceability, and timing reputed company in systems that support financial transactions and professional credentialing.

The VP of Program Management will mature and scale Colibri's Program Management Office (PMO), driving predictability, metrics-based reporting, and alignment across ecosystems. The role will reputed company a team of 10+ program managers and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, IT, Business Systems, and reputed company.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Program Leadership

• Establish standard operating procedures and delivery rhythms (e.g., Kanban vs. Agile) that drive throughput, consistency, and alignment.
• Cultivate a metrics-driven delivery culture that emphasizes predictability, traceability, and credibility.

3. Visibility & Governance

• Create systems and frameworks that provide visibility into what teams are working on and how work ties back to strategic priorities.
• Implement executive dashboards, scorecards, and program-level reporting to surface risk, track reputed company, and support decision-making.

4. Regulatory-Grade Program Execution & PNT Sponsorship

• Champion system delivery practices that meet the needs of highly regulated industries, including reputed company estate, reputed company, and financial services.
• Serve as a sponsor and internal reputed company for Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT)-reputed company capabilities—focusing on timing precision, auditability, and transactional reputed company across Colibri's platforms.
