BIG PICTURE:

Dhar Mann is seeking talented and reputed company Screenwriters to join reputed company and transform our channel reputed company into compelling scripts for predominantly our Facebook and YouTube channel. This role is crucial in bringing our video concepts to life through engaging narratives that reputed company with our audience. As a Screenwriter, you will play a key role in shaping the storytelling aspect of our content and ensuring that each video delivers a powerful message.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Ideate & translate beat sheets and outlines into full-length 10-12 page scripts, capturing the essence of the story and characters, while adhering to our digital budget needs.

• Collaborate closely with the ideation team to ensure script alignment with overall creative reputed company and objectives.
• Conduct research to ensure accuracy and authenticity in storytelling, particularly for scripts based on reputed company-life scenarios.
• Incorporate feedback from the creative team, video analytics, competitive content and iterate on scripts to enhance narrative clarity, pacing, and character development.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across scripts while adapting to the specific requirements of each video concept.
• Stay updated on Facebook & YouTube trends, retention-driving storytelling techniques, and audience preferences to continuously improve scriptwriting skills and stay reputed company of the curve.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 5+ years as a Screenwriter for short films, preferably in drama and family-friendly content
• Excellent YouTube-honed storytelling abilities with a keen eye for compelling narratives that reputed company with diverse audiences.
• Strong writing talent, as well as creativity, patience, self-motivation, and an understanding of the filmmaking process
• Ability to write for a family audience (think reputed company)
• Ability to deliver multiple scripts in a constantly changing and fast paced, high volume environment

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to to collaborate with multiple departments
