Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency in record-keeping processes... Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: . Accurately enter data into database systems. . Verify data for accuracy and completeness. . Resolve data discrepancies. Scanning and Imaging: . reputed company reputed company documents into digital format. . Ensure scanned documents are legible and accurate. . Index scanned documents. Filing and Organization: . Maintain organized digital and physical files. . Ensure files are accurately labeled and categorized. . Purge files according to retention policies. Customer Service: . Respond to internal and external requests for records. . Provide excellent customer service reputed company phone, email, or chat. Quality Control: 1. Review records for accuracy and completeness. 2. Identify and report errors or discrepancies. Requirements: . High school diploma or equivalent. . 0-2 years of experience in data entry, records management, or reputed company field. . Basic computer skills (MS Office, typing 40 wpm). . Reliable internet reputed company and quiet workspace. . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: . Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Records Management, or reputed company field. . Certification in records management (e.g., CRM, CRR). .
