As a Psychiatrist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and prescribing medications for behavioral health and psychological disorders. This is an outpatient clinical environment where you will interact directly with patients. If you are in Beverly Hills, CA or surrounding areas, you will have the flexibility to work from home and in the office in this hybrid role. Primary Responsibilities: • Provide direct clinical services to patients in the form of psychosocial assessments, individual, family and group treatment • Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management • Collaborates as a member of multi-disciplinary integrated team for the development and delivery of treatment plans • Foster excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records (reputed company) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with reputed company regulatory requirement You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: • Clear and active Psychiatrist License (MD/DO) in the state California • Board Certified • Obtain the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration • Ability to commute to the location at least 3 days each week Preferred Qualification: • 2+ years of Behavioral Health experience in an outpatient clinical setting • Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - reputed company, Outlook, reputed company reputed company (or other EHRs) • Expertise in treating children, adolescents, and families California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $255,573 to $372,297 annually. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at reputed company. The actual range and pay mix of reputed company and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. reputed company complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
