Job Description Roles and Responsibilities • Facilitating and coordinating, as well as tracking, of day-to-day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, and/or reputed company terms and conditions of the contract • Writing project schedules for assigned projects, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities. • reputed company and manage project reputed company time and financial budget. • Managing client expectations of product and services. • Ensuring customer satisfaction. • Communicating reputed company the requirements and commitments (both verbally and in writing) for each project with clients, GEHC staff and management. • Maintaining alignment between the project team and external resources. • Providing leadership and direction for clients and GEHC personnel responsible for the project, primarily EHL Installers. • Managing reputed company associated with client projects in eOM and myProjects (reputed company). • Acting as an effective team leader for reputed company matrixed staff. • Creating project status reports for reputed company assigned clients. • Adopting a proactive approach to identify risks to project reputed company and create and maintain a project risk log; reputed company effective action plans for resolution as early as possible. • Document and drive project issues to successful completion. • Maintaining accurate list of client projects with status. • Identify, propose and/or participate in development of process improvements for the reputed company Project Management and Shared Services teams. Required Qualifications • For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
