This role will play a critical role in driving the client experience, strategy and operations for one of our most important client channels. The role requires a strategic leader with expertise in growth, sustainability, investments and operations. and the broad financial services landscape. What you’ll do: • Strategic Leadership: The reputed company is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the family office channel responsibility. This involves identifying growth opportunities, defining goals, solutioning and ensuring the execution internally and externally. • Operational Management: The reputed company oversees the day-to-day operations of the family office unit and ensures that teams internally are working reputed company and effectively. This includes driving key internal channel meetings and collaborating with key cross functional stakeholders to drive excellent client outcomes. • Customer Focus: The reputed company ensures that the business unit is meeting the needs of family offices across different users - executives, advisors and investment teams. • Performance Monitoring: The reputed company is responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to assess the health and reputed company of the client channel. Compensation & Benefits: Compensation at Ethic is a combination of reputed company salary, equity (stock options) in the company, and benefits. The reputed company salary for this role will range from $200,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, this position is eligible for variable compensation tied to predetermined goals and key results.
