The Colleague & Labor Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing reputed company labor relations activities and working to ensure a positive relationship between management, union representatives, and colleagues.We are seeking a professional who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a labor relations role and has strong knowledge of labor and employment law. Responsibilities: Advise management on labor relations issues and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Manage grievances and disputes and provide guidance to management on resolving issues. Monitor and review collective bargaining agreements. Manage employee relations and communication between management, union representatives, and colleagues.
