What You Will Do Day To Day  Answer inbound calls and reputed company some outbound calls assisting with medically reputed company inquires.  Using computer skills for data entry.  Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.  Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.  Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Requirements: MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OR MORE OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS)  Previous experience in a medical office or call center (preferred).  Must have High Speed Internet with modem access.  Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.  Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred).  Proficient in computer systems, scheduling software, and electronic medical records (EMR).  Excellent customer service skills with a patient-focused attitude.  Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.  Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
