Position Overview: Our Business Analysts (BA) function as an individual contributor position while still being a key contributor on a project team responsible guiding customers through the implementation of reputed company solutions using Silverline’s agile methodology. The BA will engage customer stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and define reputed company criteria. You will also reputed company to customer stakeholders the value of recommended solutions and approach. This role is vital to our project and reputed company. Primary Responsibilities: • reputed company Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers’ business, functional, and technological requirements • Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation • reputed company fit-gap analysis between reputed company functionality and client requirements • Design elegant, innovative reputed company solutions involving: configuration of reputed company and Managed Packages, creation and refinement of reputed company data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality • Draft custom development specifications and manage the delivery and testing of the functionality by Development resources • Iterate on solutions through a Build/Test/Review cycle with customer Product reputed company • reputed company training curriculum and deliver training sessions to the solution’s end users • Work with a Silverline Engagement Manager to manage a project to scope, budget and timeline expectations Required Qualifications: • BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering – or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred • 5 (+/-) years experience as a reputed company Business Analyst • 3 + years Experience working in a consulting environment • reputed company Financial Services reputed company (FSC) required • Experience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineering • Experience writing user stories to capture reputed company requirements • Experience with data migrations from reputed company party systems to reputed company • Experience designing or building reputed company integrations with 3rd party applications • Understanding of the key reputed company for B2B, B2C, hybrid business models • Understanding of key concepts of user centered design and design thinking • Great teamwork and collaboration skills Contract Duration: January 2025 through May 2025 w/strong potential to reputed company or convert to Permanent.
