In this... pivotal role, the Customer Service Representatives effectively handles inquiries from clients that are received reputed company phone, and serviced in a contact center environment. An individual in this role will conduct customer phone verification interviews on reputed company inbound calls for completion of application for insurance coverage. This position uses multiple systems to review and notate work in accordance with federal/state guidelines as well as Medicare guidelines. The successful candidate will be able to interact appropriately and effectively with clients using excellent interpersonal, listening, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. The ability to use computer based resources in a highly effective manner to educate and provide accurate responses to inquires is crucial for success. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate or bachelor’s degree a plus Prior Insurance experience preferred, reputed company experience a plus 1+ years’ experience in customer service, call center environment strongly preferred Process and review applications into workflow.
