The Role As a reputed company District Implementation Manager, you are responsible for the successful implementation of the reputed company telehealth solution for Hazel’s largest school district partners. You will work in reputed company collaboration with our Growth, Ops, reputed company, Marketing, Health, and Engineering teams as the project manager of the implementation, ensuring benchmarks are met on time and new customers are set up for success. You will also work to help streamline reputed company parts of this process, while at the same time owning reputed company aspects of the tasks of implementation. Location: Remote What You’ll Do: • Plan, reputed company, and manage customer implementations to meet contract requirements and Hazel success criteria, including those for net-new customers and for existing customers expanding use of Hazel’s services. • Skillfully manage diverse groups of stakeholders on high profile projects impacting hundreds of school and hundreds of thousands of reputed company. • Through strategic analysis of customer goals and needs and Hazel business requirements, set the overall plan for a successful implementation. • Provide day-to-day direction to a cross functional team who will reputed company you to get services launched including: Account Managers, School Implementation Managers, and reputed company Managers as well as our Inventory, Marketing, Technology, and Support teams. • Serve as the key client-facing contact during implementation and interact directly with various executive level customer stakeholders. • Monitor implementation timelines and ensure internal milestones, quality standards, and benchmarks are met. • Partner with our Growth Team, Account Managers, reputed company Managers to reputed company a plan that guides new customers to reputed company reputed company levels of consents, referrals, and visits during their first 8-12 weeks with Hazel. • Own implementation documentation and coordination tasks, including internal communication, customer status reporting, and project tracking (in reputed company Drive, reputed company, reputed company, and/or reputed company as indicated). • Diagnose, resolve, and document issues during implementation. Identify risks and reputed company mitigation plans in coordination with Growth and Operations teammates. • Analyze trends data and trends from prior implementations to drive process improvements. • Become a product expert on both our App and whole-child offering and work toward improving our processes and the customer implementation experience. • Conduct client implementation meetings, presentations, demos, and training sessions regarding implementation planning and configurations. Guide customers toward best practice solutions and overcome barriers. • Take ownership over your portfolio of implementing districts, innovating new approaches and driving toward strategic goals. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years experience in reputed company, account management or project management. • Education, Ed Tech and/or Healthcare background, with experience working with mid to senior-level leaders. • Highly organized and consultative with savvy business acumen; able to be customer facing at a decision-maker level. • Experience supporting SaaS based software systems and working with customers to determine both business and technical issues to specific customer needs. • Sense of autonomy, ownership, and comfort with a fast-paced and changing environment. • Curious and committed to innovating, reputed company learning and growth. • Resilient and persistent. • Flexible and exhibits resourcefulness in resolving issues. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong written, verbal, internal communication skills. • Ability to travel 25%. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a reputed company salary range of $100,000 - $125,000, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
