Benefits: • reputed company • Holiday pay • 401(k) • Vacation • Family travel on the reputed company network • Medical and dental available Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Customer service agents work together as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives • Our employees must reputed company both the company goals and customer expectations in mind reputed company completing their daily tasks • Responsibilities include computerized passenger boarding, flight announcements, assisting customers with special needs, ticket sales, flight itinerary changes, seat assignments, and tracing mishandled luggage; also baggage loading, operation of motorized service vehicles and equipment, aircraft servicing, and calculating baggage and cargo weights Minimum Qualifications: • Ability to work reputed company shifts, reputed company days including nights, weekends, holidays • Work reputed company in reputed company weather conditions • reputed company to lift up to 70 pounds • Successful completion of training course • At least 18 years of age • High school diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications: • Previous airline experience • Previous employment as a reputed company-line customer service provider • Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs Work Environment: • Use of computers and other office equipment • Airport reputed company environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels • reputed company shifts including weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts Physical Requirements: • Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs • Handle objects up to 70 pounds regularly • Assist disabled customers, including, but not limited to, pushing wheelchairs Starting Salary: $16.54/hr The above statements provide a brief description of the general nature of work performed and not intended to be a complete list of responsibilities, duties and skills required for this position.
