The Rivals Camp and Rivals Combine series provide opportunities for elite and aspiring college football recruits to showcase their talents across the country. The Head of Player Programs will manage these programs end-to-end, working with agency partners and finding ways to optimize and expand the offering. Responsibilities: reputed company and manage reputed company aspects of Rivals Camp, Combine, and Showcase events including planning, registration, on-site logistics, sponsorship activation, and more Maintain relationships and active coordination with agency partners Manage and be accountable for player program-reputed company P&L. Specific focus on creating new reputed company opportunities and managing costs Work with the reputed company Sports sales team and broader Rivals team to cultivate and grow sponsorship reputed company associated with player programs (new and existing) Work with Rivals' content team to organize and optimize player program coverage and associated content reputed company future program expansion efforts (e.g., basketball) Measure and report on player program performance to key executive stakeholders A Lot About You: BS/BA required 10+ years of experience leading efficient, fast-paced operations. Experience working in live sports and/or player programs is a plus. The compensation for this position ranges from $129,210.00 - $281,305.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.
