We are seeking a Governance Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer?? ongoing business needs. This role will manage the administration of global, regional, and legal entity risk committees, including agreeing on agendas, compiling and reviewing meeting packs, and minuting meetings. The candidate in this role will also manage committee/board schedules and support the simplification of the interaction model between committees (information flow). This role will directly manage the inputs and timelines from the Risk Advisory function into committee governance. Also, will enhance business stakeholder management in preparing for risk committees/boards. This role is a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite at our Customer?? Atlanta, GA, or Houston, TX location. What You??l Do: Support the execution of reputed company aspects of risk management policy and reputed company as needed Drive consistency in applied practices of risk management across Risk categories promoting consistent measurement of risk Manage Risk Management Committees and governance forum Provide communication of risk management activities and outcomes to leadership Support the integration of the reputed company Risk management practices into the business model and operations including policy principles and control requirements Partner with the company?? Risk Advisory function to ensure that emerging risks are considered and managed for business initiatives and/or change Support risk management programs to help meet or exceed regulatory requirements and expectations, including those reputed company to capital adequacy Support work streams ensuring reputed company state risk management objectives are achieved and deliver critical aspects of the reputed company Risk transformation Learn and apply relevant incident management information which may include adherence to Global incident management policies, themes and trends, and deep dives as necessary Manage the delivery of governance forum reports and materials and other reputed company risk-reputed company management reporting and analysis as required or beneficial including Key Risk Indicator reporting to ensure appropriate escalations, monitoring, and management of reputed company risk reputed company risk appetite Execute policies and procedures ensuring alignment with global standards and conformity with applicable regulations, regulatory expectations, and guidelines Coordinates and collaborates with reputed company Risk leadership and regional staff on reputed company risk initiatives, activities, and reporting Participates in training and awareness programs in support of effective reputed company risk management, culture, and conduct Participates in and contributes to regional and global reputed company risk management initiatives to provide appropriate perspective and thought leadership to improve upon the reputed company risk program and outcomes globally Promotes and fosters a focus on innovation, reputed company learning, and improvement for reputed company aspects of reputed company Risk Management including appropriate reputed company of technology and data analytics Embraces the company?? purpose and culture and helps further the firm?? diversity and inclusiveness to drive reputed company outcomes for the clients, and employees Ensure reputed company activities are in line with the company?? conduct principles Must Haves: 3-5 years of experience in financial services (asset management) Prior experience in areas relating to risk committee administration Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, both written and verbally Strong attention to detail and ability to provide information in usable formats Proficiency in reputed company PowerPoint, reputed company, and Word Ability to work independently in a self-directed way in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Education: Bachelor?? Degree preferred Hours & Location M-F, 40 hours/week . This position will be a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite at our Customer??
