As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our passengers. Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chats. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities. 5.
