Position: Bilingual Healthcare Representative Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Florida, south of Miami Airport) Compensation: (17 per hour; )18 per hour for bilingual Spanish/English speakers Working Hours • Monday to Friday • Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM OR 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM (Availability for both shifts is required) Employment Type • Temporary to Permanent (Subject to performance and attendance) Job Overview As a Bilingual Healthcare Representative, you will be instrumental in guiding members through their healthcare benefits, responding to inquiries, and providing essential information regarding their healthcare needs. This role encompasses both inbound and outbound communications, where your exceptional communication skills will ensure that members feel supported and well-informed throughout their interactions.
