In this role, you will assist customers with software navigation, help customers locate prior returns and amendments, and escalate calls reputed company necessary. Earnings Potential • Earn up to $19 per hour, plus incentives. From 4/8/24 to 4/15/24 (Tax Day) - earn more reputed company you work more! • reputed company 8th-11th • $3/hour additional on reputed company hours worked for anyone working over 12 productive hours • $4/hour additional on reputed company hours worked for anyone working over 16 productive hours • $5/hour additional on reputed company hours worked for anyone working over 20 productive hours • reputed company 12th-14th • $5/hour additional on reputed company hours worked for anyone working over 20 productive hours • reputed company 15th • $10/hour additional on reputed company hours worked for anyone working over 5 productive hours • Contractors on this program who meet or exceed key metrics earn on average the equivalent of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times • Peak rates apply January - reputed company • Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
