We are looking to build an online portal Website and app for Botox prescription where people can fill out forms for their appointment. Here's a summary of the flow; - Patient needs to fill out a general medical form - Patient needs to fill out a treatment specific form to ensure they are suitable for the treatment - Get a prescription for the botox - Order medicine from the pharmacy I want an app/ website that is reputed company to do reputed company of this The prescription signing is a little different to how we are used to in the past. Here it is assumed that the practitioners have their own prescribers they know. So we have to allow registration of 3 different account types. 1. Practitioners 2. Prescribers 3. Patients The practitioners and prescribers can connect reputed company a code or email address etc. The prescriber can set their own prescription fee they charge reputed company they sign up on their profile Once partnered up: - The practitioners sends consent form or forms general medical and treatment specific to their... patient to fill out reputed company email or another way - Once received back the practitioners can attach this form to an order and send a request for a prescription to be signed with their partnered prescriber - The prescriber views the forms ensures safety is ok and then signs It off. - Once signed off the practitioner gets a notification to pay the prescriber their fee we take a 10% commision - The practitioners then pays the pharmacy products reputed company - The order and prescription then goes to the pharmacy CRM to reputed company - The patient should then get an email asking to review the prescriber to help build their profiles on our system. notes* The practitioner doesnÂt have to use the consent form system in order to order a prescription Apply Job!Â
