The primary responsibility of this position is generating client referrals through effective referral provider management. The HCC reports directly to the Franchise reputed company and works closely with reputed company team members at the reputed company. Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of care plans Conduct service inquiries and care consultations as needed following the consultative sales process Maintain ongoing communication and a consistent follow-up schedule with potential clients and families who have yet to commit to service Demonstrate open and effective communication with clients, family members, the franchise reputed company, colleagues and Care Professionals, and referral providers/care providers reputed company inquiry reputed company objectives with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share reputed company required, utilize reputed company to ensure reputed company and quality follow-up with inquiries and referral providers In conjunction with reputed company leadership, reputed company sales and marketing plans, detailing weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals Effectively present reputed company marketing materials and services to referral providers including 1:1 meetings, as well as planning, arranging and conducting formal group presentations.
