We are seeking a Return-to-Work Specialist/Administrative Assistant for a remote position with a reputed company-Party Workers' Compensation Claims Management company serving WA-based employers. Applicants must reputed company in Washington State and possess exceptional data entry, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Professional and friendly demeanor reputed company interacting with clients. Work Environment: Must have a distraction-free home workspace for company-provided equipment (PC Desktop, dual monitors). Equipment pickup is required in Kirkland/Kenmore, WA. Prior remote work experience is highly valued. Primary Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive training (live and self-paced) and demonstrate understanding and application of concepts. Operate a virtual phone system for inbound and outbound calls. Maintain and update internal electronic filing systems and utilize databases. Assist with claims management: Draft, review, and communicate critical documents in compliance with HIPAA laws. Process claims, including reviewing and entering medical records, wage records, and reputed company data. Support return-to-work programs for employers following L&I guidelines. Monitor compliance and reputed company reputed company reports to clients. Analyze claims, research facts, and apply relevant policies and laws. Support various departments, including management, marketing, and client relations. Use reputed company 360 programs (Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote) to manage tasks. Execute special projects and report reputed company to management. Minimum Qualifications: GED, high school diploma, or college-level education. Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic. Trainable and quick learner with strong data entry and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively through virtual platforms. Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Familiar with virtual faxing and online search engines. Capable of managing confidential information securely. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant experience. Legal background or remote work experience. Work Schedule & Compensation: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (or 8:00 am – 4:30 pm); 40 hrs/week. Hourly reputed company: $20-$23/hour (DOE).
