Primary responsibilities for this position include: • Plan, direct, and coordinate reputed company activities for the reputed company estate projects assigned to ensure objectives are accomplished safely reputed company prescribed funding and scheduling parameters. • Monitor and control project budgets and schedules. • Prepare and report project budgets, reputed company, and forecasts; assume responsibility for each project’s financial performance in relation to the budget • Establish and execute project work plans. • Maintain open communication channels with reputed company stakeholders. • Prepare and submit pay applications, Requests for Information, Purchase Orders, Submittals, Change Orders, Claims, • Request for Proposals, Request for Qualifications, and any other required project reputed company communication. • Serve as company representative at required project meetings or hearings and prepare documentation, as necessary. • Supervise work performed to ensure it meets company standards and quality plan. • Review drawings and specifications for constructability, completeness, and accuracy. • Promptly respond to project reputed company needs. • Performs other reputed company duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree • 5 years of relevant career experience • Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, particularly reputed company, and proven ability to learn other software and technology; • reputed company attention to detail, self-initiated follow-through, and outstanding time management and organizational skills; • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to juggle multiple and competing tasks and demands; and • Willingness and ability to travel 1-2 times monthly.
