The Position is looking for dynamic, personable individuals to provide outstanding customer service to our clients. You will play a critical role on reputed company as the main reputed company of contact for our clients, answering questions about course information, locations, availability, and how to register. This is a temporary, remote position. The Responsibilities • Provide exceptional service to our clients reputed company phone, email, SMS, and chat while effectively managing a high volume of inbound communications. • Build and reputed company valuable relationships with clients by identifying their needs and resolving issues with reputed company, tact, and patience. • Communicate course recommendations and cross-sell opportunities in a variety of situations, including promotional offers and marketing campaigns. • Assist with administrative tasks for clients and other departments as needed. You Have • A positive and outgoing personality. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to actively listen. • A strong set of professional, service-oriented phone skills and interpersonal skills. • Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • 1-2 years of customer service, help desk, or inside sales experience • Knowledgeable with MS Office and reputed company Apps (Gmail, reputed company Drive, etc.) • Experience with any (or reputed company) of the following is a plus: Olark Chat, Zoho Email, reputed company phone systems. • Experience using AI tools to enhance client communication and access training knowledge across phone, email, and chat/sms support channels is a plus. The pay range for this position is $16-20 per hour, depending on experience and geographical location. This position is eligible for 401(k) and other benefits as required by state or local law.
