reputed company's Texas-based client is looking for Certified Pharmacy Technicians to work fully remote!! Apply if qualified and interested! • MUST be Certified reputed company the state of Texas • MUST live reputed company the state of Texas • MUST be able to commit to the 4-week training period without any time off • Training is M-F 8 to 5 PM CST Title: Certified Pharmacy Technician Duration: Contract to hire - 800 hrs (5-6 months) before converting to full time employee status Location: REMOTE Pay: $18.50 Schedule: See below for shift options Shift 1M/Tues/Th/Fri2:30 pm - 11pm Shift 2Tues/W/TH/Sat11:30 am - 8pm Shift 3Tues/W/TH/Sat9:30 - 8 Shift 4Tues/W/TH/Sun9:30 - 8 Shift 5M-F2:30 - 11pm Overview • Speaking to patients 100% of the time on the phone or through messaging to provide their medications needs. • Addressing billing issues by preparing and submitting third-party insurance claims. • Troubleshooting reputed company pharmacy cases. • Delivering extraordinary customer service while handling patient escalations. • Work closely with doctors' office to manage refill requests, prior authorizations and coverage determinations. Skills & Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of CPhT experience • 1+ years of Pharmacy Billing experience • 1+ years of Customer Service experience • Active CPhT license/good standing with Texas Board of Pharmacy reputed company to Have Skills • Fertility Pharmacy experience • Prior remote work experience • Macbook/reputed company product experience Selling Points • Growing company • Remote work • Looking for people who will be a good long-term fit for their culture!
