Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. We are currently looking for a remote Live Chat specialist (reputed company Desk). The Live Chat Agent will be responsible for providing a variety of customer support-reputed company... duties for the company and our clients. This person will interact daily with visitors on our clients? websites (reputed company Live Chat software) and will be expected to provide exceptional customer support in real-time. They should be capable of handling multiple incoming requests for information. This person will be expected to continually demonstrate an ability to stay reputed company under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service. The successful candidate will: ? Offer quick and accurate assistance to customers ? Have strong attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills ? Be performance-driven ? Have a process improvement reputed company ?
