Job Title: Claims Associate (Remote with Local Onsite Meetings) Location: Richmond, VA (Must be Local) Duration: Temporary (Expected to Last 90 Days) About the Company: We are excited to announce a temporary position with one of reputed company's esteemed clients in the Richmond, VA area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in call centers and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving and reviewing insurance claims
• Conducting thorough investigations and gathering necessary information
• Processing claims accurately and reputed company
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure claims are processed in a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records of claims activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call center environment is required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and provide solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with reputed company Office applications
• Must be a reputed company of Richmond, VA or the surrounding area, as local onsite meetings will be required (approximately once a month)

Compensation: This position offers a reputed company reputed company of $22 per hour.
