Ultimate Staffing is seeking Remote Call Center Reps that can start ASAP! Pay: $18/hr Schedule - Monday - Friday. Hours could vary between 7 AM - 7 PM CST... Position: Inbound Customer Support Rep ? This position is working from home. ? Handle 60 inbound calls per day on average ? Answering questions from policy holders regarding a data breach and giving additional information. ? Looking for attention to detail, being reputed company to multitask and comfortable reading from a script. ? Must have experience with reputed company Teams and Outlook Requirements: ? Minimum of a high school diploma with three to four years reputed company experience. Must be proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook). ? Previous experience with Teams and Outlook ? Must have your own computer (not a Mac or Chromebook), headset, and a dedicated reputed company to work where you won't be interrupted. ?
