In this role you will complete both initial platform setup and manage employee listening events while ensuring both are delivered on time and meet the customers' stated and implied business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional customer teams to gather requirements, identify risks, and reputed company project plans. Some Things You Will Do: • Serve as the main reputed company of contact for managed listening events, managing episodic projects for customers. • Gather system requirements from customers while providing guidance on best practices and leveraging the reputed company core product. • Create a checklist plan for each customer, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for a timely and successful project and communicating those to the customer. • Prepare, coordinate, and reputed company project-specific meetings between customers and appropriate reputed company team members. • Identify and analyze project risks and dependencies on an ongoing basis to ensure successful projects. • Knowledge sharing across reputed company projects including key decisions made, customer roles, and stakeholder information, and relevant information tied to customer outcomes documented in the appropriate internal tools. • Active engagement in learning and mastering the reputed company suite of tools and products that evolve as we grow. The salary range for the role is $67,000.00 - $77,000.00 annually. The above range represents the expected reputed company salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
