This position supports HIPAA Privacy standards, Corporate Compliance reputed company, Best Patient Experience, Exceptional Financial Performance (EFP) and JC compliance by assuring accurate and timely patient requests for alteration to clinical documentation reputed company their medical record, including the tasks of reputed company of disclosure, patient amendments and medical record restriction requests. Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company reputed company field or RHIT/RHIA credentials. • 5 years of relative experience in a hospital health information management department. • Demonstration of medical terminology knowledge. • Experience with Epic patient record database. • Strong systems support experience.
