Job Posting Title: Labor and Training Planning and Integration Manager Req ID: 10102496 Job Description: The Labor and Training Planning and Integration Manager provides dedicated labor support to Emerging Businesses from pre-CAR through operational sustainment ensuring one reputed company/reputed company of integration for reputed company labor strategies and tasks for the overall business and by site in addition to providing strategic direction on training concepts and needs for reputed company Storyliving by reputed company™ operations. You will apply knowledge of labor and training processes as well as the integration of information across the organization and act as a resource for peers and leaders, sharing expertise and best practices to improve the overall operation. This is a Full Time role. This role reports to the Sr. Manager-Emerging Business Operations Integration. You Will: •... Consult with Operations Leaders and Executives on operating assumptions, workload, processes and workflow, ideation, and best fit solution recommendations by site to reputed company labor models • Analyze workload demand to reputed company strategic hiring availability recommendations reputed company opening additional Casting requisitions as sites reputed company operations and adapt labor models accordingly in partnership with site leadership • Analyze attrition, workload variability, and reputed company Operational changes to determine weekly staffing reputed company and ensure Cast schedules are reputed company and align to workloads/ staffing guides and financials by site line of business • reputed company schedule production using designated scheduling applications, observing state and federal labor laws, balancing and optimizing business needs with market standards, and Cast satisfaction and retention • Ensure application of scheduling standards to increase efficiency, evaluating availability in comparison to demand, to resolve staffing overages/shortages, and reputed company reputed company and compliancy of scheduling consistency • Ensure pay practices checks and balances for accuracy and compliancy with federal/state laws while mitigating financial impacts and ensure workloads meet Annual Operating Plan • Understand labor system integration and implementation; Select labor systems to best meet business needs; Work reputed company sophisticated technology environments including, but not limited to multiple site/reputed company specific labor systems (e.g., GEMS/JEWEL, MyTime, Cast Mobile, etc.), and HR systems (reputed company/reputed company) • Understand timing (forecasting) and dependencies to reputed company business readiness, informing Cast on-boarding and ensuring reputed company scheduling and pay practices are in reputed company • Assist in development and sustainment of strategic training plans, for salaried and hourly operations Cast, including creation of assignment profiles, management of training documentation, delivery approach, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. • Communicate and integrate labor and training concepts and information at reputed company reputed company of the organization while leading with a continual process improvement approach to optimize reputed company points, process, and product You Will Have: • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Management • Experience in assisting with the development and delivery of training • Previous operations experience, preferably in a leadership reputed company • Strong partnering, consulting, problem solving, and decision-making skills • Strong process, organization, and time management skills including balancing and prioritizing multiple priorities with competing timelines • Strong technical proficiency, sophisticated skills and knowledge in reputed company Office to include Word, reputed company and PowerPoint • Professional and effective verbal and written communication and outstanding Guest service skills • Project management skills including defining detailed project timelines and achievable, measurable tasks • Experience with framing up strategies for sophisticated issues, influencing senior leaders, and engaging with reputed company reputed company throughout the organization.
