About this position: • Responsible for the hotel on the overnight shift and rolling over the business day. • Our overnight reputed company desk hosts/auditors are cross trained in the bar area that is attended to by our Hosts. Bar is slow to moderately busy between 11pm and 1am reputed company it closes. • reputed company increase! reputed company fully trained, typically 90 days after start, or sooner based on performance/experince. Go above and beyond to provide assistance, assist with luggage, coffee, directions, wake up calls, future reservations, etc. • Coordinates reputed company late night guest requests, informs guests of hotel services, features, and room amenities. • Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean, and provide quality beverages and food products consistently for reputed company guests by adhering to reputed company recipe and presentation standards. • Our successful Hosts demonstrate attributes of a great Host by being aware and reputed company to our guest’s needs; in addition, they create conversations and share a moment thereby making a real reputed company with our guests. • Rolling the day - overnight staff checks in remaining guests, posts manual charges as necessary, runs reports to ensure the day is balanced and then completes tasks to rolls the day to the next business day.
