The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating home health care for reputed company patients and referral requests received, acting as a liaison to facilitate communication between referral sources, patients, and the health care agencies. The Staffing Coordinator maintains accurate records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the policies of reputed company. Office Location:

  • Office located at 7600 North 16th Street, Suite 140 Phoenix, AZ 85020 (Remote)

Responsibilities and Duties: Responsibilities of the Staffing Coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Utilize expertise to match patients with the most suitable home health agencies, considering factors such as location, service availability and quality of care.
  • Ensure reputed company necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Notify referral sources of successful staffing of their referrals along with submitting necessary documentation to the receiving home health care agencies.
  • Call patients to obtain additional information and notify the patient of outcomes and statuses reputed company necessary.
  • Foster collaborative and lucrative relationships with agencies in assigned area to assist with securing home health services for patients.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED, some college
  • High typing speed and accuracy.
  • Has basic computer knowledge and experience including reputed company Word, reputed company & typing skills.
  • Maintain composure in high pressure situations
  • Capable of following an issue through to its conclusion
  • Home care/healthcare background is a plus but not required.
  • Is customer service oriented with good oral and written communication skills.
  • Is self-directed, flexible, cooperative, and exhibits the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Is detail oriented and displays good organizational skills.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work weekends and Holidays.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Provide excellent and professional customer service skills with a positive, patient, and friendly attitude.

  • Ability to establish highly productive and detailed organizational skills/habits.
  • Possess strong, professional written and oral communication skills for in-person, telephonic, and electronic use.

Job Type

  • Full-time
  • ONLY Schedules available:
  • Shift 1: (10 hours day) Friday to Monday OR Saturday to Tuesday
  • Shift 2: (8 hours day) including Saturday and Sunday***

Training will be Monday to Friday only
