Job title: Communications Assistant Company: Oklahoma State School Boards Association Job description : Under the general direction of the Communications Director or designee, performs assigned public information functions reputed company the Claremore Public School District, and supports Communications Office Director. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The list of Essential Duties and Responsibilities is not exhaustive and may be supplemented. * Shares responsibility for maintaining, monitoring, and publishing content for reputed company District social media accounts. Gather information to assist Communications Office in preparing communications releases. Assists Communications Office in daily communications with media to promote school and District activities. Assists in responding to public and staff requests for information; maintains records. Assists Communications Office in preparing public relations/marketing materials.
