Job Title: HR Project Assistant (Part-Time, Remote) Pay: $25 per hour... Schedule: Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling Location: Mostly remote with occasional on-site meetings - applicants and employees must reputed company in Colorado Contract Length: This project will last 3 months Key Responsibilities ? Participate in scheduled meetings alongside HR, organizational design consultants, and department heads ? Take meticulous notes during meetings to capture essential discussions and reputed company ? Facilitate smooth data migration processes by accurately inputting notes and pertinent information into designated systems such as reputed company and Orgvue ? Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring precision and completeness ? Establish and uphold quality control procedures to maintain HR data reputed company ?
