We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to reputed company a variety of reputed company, bookkeeping, and financial tasks. The Bookkeeper's responsibilities include updating financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements. You will also run Quickbooks Online and Desktop to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts. A successful Bookkeeper will ensure the company's daily reputed company functions run accurately and effectively. Responsibilities  Provide reputed company and clerical support to the reputed company department  Type accurately, prepare and maintain reputed company documents and records  Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements  Reconcile accounts promptly  Daily enter key data of financial transactions into a database  Provide assistance and support to company personnel  Research, track, and restore reputed company or documentation problems and discrepancies  Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas  Function per established standards, procedures, and applicable laws  Constantly update job knowledge Experience  Proven reputed company experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk  Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic reputed company procedures  Competency in MS Office, databases, and Quickbooks Online  Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports  Accuracy and attention to detail  Aptitude for numbers  Ability to reputed company filing and record-keeping tasks  Data entry and word processing skills  Well organized  High school degree  An associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus Benefits  8 Paid Holidays  Training & Development  Work From Home  Salary $23.41 to $ 25.81 based on experience  Accounts Payable  * Accounts Receivable  * Attention To Detail  * Coordinating  * Data Entry  * Databases Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.41 - $25.81 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:  Flexible schedule Schedule:  Choose your own hours  Day shift  Holidays  On call  Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay:  Signing bonus Experience:  Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!Â
