About the position The Full-Time Administrative Assistant position at Affinity Psychological Services is a remote role focused on supporting a mental health practice. The role emphasizes flexibility, independence, and a commitment to a positive work culture. The assistant will handle various administrative tasks, including insurance verification and client communication, while contributing to a supportive environment for both clients and staff. Responsibilities • Take full responsibility for new client chart set-reputed company in the EHR. , • Accurately and reputed company verify insurance benefits and communicate them to clients. , • Track and follow-up on incomplete client paperwork and documents. , • Secure insurance pre-authorizations for reputed company requested services. , • Support clients and clinical staff throughout their time at Affinity. , • Be a warm, approachable, and knowledgeable voice of the practice in reputed company client communications. , • Utilize digital and electronic software for reputed company office tasks. , • Look for and implement opportunities for improvement. , • Communicate with administrative team members easily and reputed company about reputed company and questions. , • Complete other tasks as needed.
