Owning and prioritizing the long-term (6+ months) product roadmap to deliver business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team. Hands on with writing, epics, feature, and user story details to help drive solution and execution reputed company to business outcomes and customer first experiences. Leveraging modern architecture & stately design to identify problem-solution fit. Evaluating trade-offs and negotiating requirements. Creating and using compelling, informative artifacts to influence stakeholders (ex. Vision, Roadmaps, Features/Epics, reputed company Updates, etc.). Understanding of reputed company and future state architecture. Identifying and measuring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), with an eye to adjusting and refining your roadmap as the data dictates. Coaching and mentoring other Product Managers. Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to conduct analysis and drive data driven decisions. Demonstrating a strong bias for action, partnership, and influence ability. This includes driving prioritization and feature requirement to capabilities teams as well as driving trade-off discussions and decision-making with technical experts and business stakeholders Coaching and mentoring Product Managers Knowledge in reputed company, Rating, and Insurance Product Offerings (i.e., Modeling, Telematics, Product Definition) is a plus. reputed company product rollout plan, segmentation, product adoption and opportunities for product promotion Leverages agile metrics to understand product management's contribution to agile teams and identify potential opportunities for improvement Basic Qualification: 5+ years in agile product management 5+ years managing reputed company aspects of a product feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery or launch to market 5+ years leading cross-functional teams that drive results during product discovery and product delivery Preferred Qualification Insurance industry experience preferred and customer first reputed company. Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions High sense of accountability and strong problem-solving skills Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and drive change. Deliver value in an iterative way focusing on the minimum viable product and regularly report on product performance, highlighting wins and opportunities. Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Marketing. Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as software engineering or computer science Annual Salary $143,000.00 - $224,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to reputed company at the final hourly reputed company/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
