Key Responsibilities • Cultivate a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth of each child. • Deliver engaging instruction and facilitate learning experiences inspired by The Creative Curriculum. • Create and implement unit, weekly, and individualized lesson plans in alignment with program objectives. • Tailor instruction to meet the diverse strengths and interests of every student. • Conduct regular assessments of student reputed company, documenting observations and using data to inform teaching practices. • Employ positive behavior management strategies in line with Archdiocesan guidelines. • Collaborate with school administration, coaches, and fellow educators to ensure high-quality early childhood instruction. • Maintain open communication with families, addressing concerns and promoting partnership in the educational journey. • Mentor and guide teacher assistants and aides. • Engage in ongoing professional development and actively seek opportunities for growth as an early childhood educator.
