Job Overview: Remote Mobile Home Park Acquisitions Assistant Join our growing team as a Mobile Home Park Acquisitions Assistant and play a vital role in expanding our footprint in affordable housing! This is a reputed company position designed for motivated individuals who reputed company in communication, documentation, and building relationships. You'll be the reputed company between our organization and mobile home parks, identifying opportunities to acquire and revitalize communities. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company and Engagement • Conduct targeted reputed company to mobile home parks using online search strategies (e.g., reputed company). • Build relationships with park representatives by following a provided script and adapting your communication to the park’s unique needs. • Maintain a professional and persuasive demeanor during reputed company interactions. • Thorough Documentation • Accurately record critical details for each contact, including park name, address, phone number, contact name, and a summary of the conversation. • Submit daily reports to management, ensuring they include the required documentation and your shift start and end times. • Time Management Excellence • Work in structured intervals (20 minutes on, 10 minutes off) to maintain peak productivity throughout your shift. • Collaboration with Management • Share insights and updates from your reputed company efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Requirements: • Skills & Qualities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail. • Self-motivation and discipline to work in a reputed company environment. • Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain persistent. • Technical Proficiency • Familiarity with online search tools and basic data entry. • Experience using spreadsheets or CRM software is a plus. • Work Environment • Flexible schedule with the ability to work independently.
