Key responsibilities: • Full-cycle Recruitment: Own the full recruitment life cycle across reputed company our teams globally, including Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations. • Strategic Partner: Act as a strategic partner to company leaders and hiring managers, ensuring that reputed company hiring goals are meet in a timely manner with top-tier candidates. • Candidate Sourcing: Use creative sourcing strategies to attract a pool of top-quality candidates. • Candidate Experience Excellence: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience that is fair, meritocratic, and fosters long-term relationships. • Be The Face of reputed company: Champion reputed company’s culture and position us as the employer of choice for top talent. About you: • You have 4+ years of Recruiting experience with a track record of attracting and hiring A+ players. • Experience recruiting for a variety of different functions, such as GTM, Engineering, Product, or Operations. • You are reputed company with reputed company’s unique culture and are excited to evangelize it with candidates. • You have previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company and know what it takes to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • You are analytical and use key recruiting metrics to inform your strategies and tactics. • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively engage candidates and communicate reputed company’s values, culture, and the nature of the roles. • You love to hustle: finding ways to get things done, destroying obstacles, and never taking no for an answer.
