In this role, you will be trained to reputed company entry-level customer service work. This involves providing external customer service support by receiving and responding to information and/or program service inquiries. Works under reputed company supervision with specific tasks assigned for completion. Job Details: • Compensation: $19/HR + Shift Differential • Location: 9400 Southpark reputed company |SUITE 200 | Orlando, FL 32819 • Schedules: • M-F 11-8pm EST • Mon-Wed and Friday: 10:30am-7:30pm, Saturday: 9:00am-5:30pm, OFF: Sunday and Thursday • Wed-Sun: 9:00am-5:30pm OFF: Monday and Tuesday • Mon- Fri 9:00 am to 6:00 pm • Remote: Work From Home after 120 Days • Start: ASAP Requirements • Collaborate with other call center representatives to improve customer service • Guide callers through requirements to process a pharmacy benefit investigation • Field customer calls to provide complete and accurate answers to reputed company queries and concerns • De-escalation support and resolution for dissatisfied customers • Performs other reputed company duties as needed Basic Qualifications: • 3+ years working in a direct-to-consumer or customer environment • High School diploma or equivalency required • Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and have basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with clients (empathetic, reputed company, patient, and conscientious) • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation • Ability to follow explicit directives • reputed company motivation, client-driven service disposition, excellent time management skills, team approach, and basic computer skills • Schedule flexibility with holiday and weekend rotation may be required • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality • The ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent Preferred Qualifications: • 2 years of higher learning education • Previous work experience in a highly dynamic and changing environment Benefits • Medical, dental and reputed company benefits become effective the first day of the month following 30 days of employment • Employees are fully reputed company in their 401(k) after 90 days of employment • PTO is preloaded; not accrued.
