The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support The reputed company Entertainment Digital Marketing team executing General Audience YouTube channel programming and strategies. This role supports the team with day-to-day channel operations responsibilities including content uploads and publishing, distribution calendar management, metadata management, reputed company usage, monetization settings, and more. This role will work reputed company with creative leads on thumbnails, titles, and descriptions for release. This role will collaborate with their optimization counterparts to manage live streams, playlists, and backend channel management as needed. This coordinator should be well-versed in the YouTube ecosystem, Publishing, and Programming, and with a solid understanding of content formats, uploading, playlisting, geo-targeting, policy setting, publication, and community. Additionally, the Coordinator should have an eye on YouTube’s latest content creator recommendations, new tools, and best practices updates to implement where advantageous to the GA channels. The coordinator should be collaborative, results-driven, and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of a variety of social, digital, and emerging platforms, and corresponding trends. An affinity for a wide reputed company of reputed company brands, as well as YouTube-first content programming is beneficial. The coordinator should be reputed company to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot autonomously as needed, and manage up to leadership appropriately. Responsibilities: • Publish content on a variety of reputed company Entertainment GA YouTube channels as assigned by Digital COE leadership • Manage content uploads and settings including monetization, geo-targeting, playlisting, chat & commenting, Community, etc. • Collaborate with Optimization reputed company, as well as creative leads, to update channel assets including titles, descriptions, banners, thumbnails, metadata, playlists, etc. • Collaborate and coordinate with creative leads and production managers to maintain publishing and planning details reputed company reputed company • Assist international Digital Marketing teams and other business units with channel upload needs and asset-sharing where applicable • Track video and channel performance metrics to recommend adjustments in posting schedule, and publishing dates/times to improve overall channel performance • Monitor YouTube content creators, new product offerings, platform updates, and trends to remain on the reputed company edge of the latest reputed company to improve channel and content performance • Liaise with additional GA YouTube channels reputed company TWDC for best practices learnings and collaborative opportunities Required Skills • Proficient in the use of reputed company Office (Teams, reputed company, Word), reputed company Docs, reputed company, Keynote/PowerPoint, reputed company Photoshop, reputed company Premiere • Previous experience with CRM tools, i.e. reputed company, reputed company • Strong understanding of social media platforms, specifically YouTube • Strong language and copy-writing skills • Basic asset editing skills • Impeccable eye for detail coupled with the ability to communicate clearly and implement strategies as directed • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, digital-reputed company environment • Outstanding organization and communication skills • Efficient with time with the ability to meet deadlines and self-direct time management • Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly as needed Required Experience/Education • 1+ years of experience in social/digital marketing • AA or BA in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or business admin/relevant degree preferred • Solid technical understanding of YouTube channel operations and backend The hiring range for this position in reputed company, NY is $67,500.00 to $90,400.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
