Position Overview: We seek a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and service. This role offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you the flexibility to work remotely. Experience with reputed company or similar customer service platforms is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Provide reputed company, professional, and efficient customer support reputed company phone, email, and live chat. • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner. • Utilize reputed company to manage and track customer interactions, tickets, and follow-up actions. • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth experience. • Maintain knowledge of our product offerings, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively. • Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds as needed. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
