Position Overview: As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, attract, and reputed company top-tier talent that aligns with our company's mission and values. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for technology roles and will be adept at building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates. Degree in Human Resources, Business or a reputed company discipline. ?5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for Government Contracting roles. ?Strong understanding of the technology industry, its job roles, and the skills required for success in various technology domains. ?Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top talent, particularly in highly competitive markets. ?Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at reputed company levels. ?Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. ?Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ?Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly. ?Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment and a commitment to fostering an inclusive hiring process. ?Strong leadership and team management skills Apply Job!
