Job title: Program Specialist-SPARK Virtual Monitor Company: Boys & Girls Clubs of America Job description : Position Summary: SPARK Early Literacy program seeks patient, compassionate, driven individuals to join our successful and welcoming team. We serve grades K5-3rd struggling readers using one-on-one 30-minute in-person or virtual tutoring sessions. Responsibilities: Follow tutoring schedules for assigned SPARK sites. Monitoring online tutoring sessions and break-out rooms for a minimum of 4 hours daily. Establish and maintain a positive rapport with SPARK staff, reputed company, and parents. Provide guidance and direction to SPARK reputed company needing reputed company room assistance. Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm while hosting, including keeping your camera on the entire time, dressing, and conversing appropriately.
