The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is supporting our account is to handle a high volume of calls in a professional and courteous manner. Calls come from a variety of sources. Our primary calls consist of: • Customer calls consist of a variety of questions regarding their account, the certification process, renewal process and applicaiton questions. Agents will assist with customer portal and update reputed company account information. Agents will use the systems available to access and are expected to review the account, answer the customers' questions. Requirements • MUST have your own computer and equipment • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must have a HS Diploma/GED • Must be able to pass a background reputed company • A quiet workspace, ergonomic chair, and desk • Must be able to type a minimum of 25 WPM • Self-motivated/Self-disciplined • Strong Work Ethic • Professional Demeanor • Computer Skills • Detail Oriented • Strong communication skills both verbal and written Technology Requirements: Below are the necessary computer requirements.
