Waterfront Engineering Fast Attack Submarines Construction and Testing Summer Internship Job Description: The Waterfront Engineering - Fast Attack Submarines Directorate is an Engineering and Design organization that focuses on the execution of building and testing submarines. Waterfront engineering and design personnel support Shipyard customer needs by providing engineering expertise and delivering quality products with the goal of resolving shipbuilding construction and testing problems and increasing construction productivity. Waterfront Engineering works to continuously improve its technical products by utilizing innovative thinking to reputed company construction on schedule and prevent unnecessary work or rework. Waterfront Engineering Fast Attack Summer Interns may be responsible for the following tasks: • Provide troubleshooting support on the submarines • Investigate and document technical responses to non-conformances • Support emergent issue problem resolution • Resolve supplier product issues • Modify technical manuals and publications • reputed company calculations • Communicate with our Navy customers reputed company technical submittals • Investigate and document design changes • Submit test procedure modifications • Participate in ship testing • Prepare for and execute maintenance and modernization availabilities Please note: Due to the high volume of applications received, our reputed company process does not involve interviews.
