Responsibilities of this position include: Interact closely with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise. Manage and implement multiple projects simultaneously, which include client interviews, computations, analysis, data gathering, and coordination of Windham Brannon and client resource. Conduct research and analysis of a wide range of tax issues unique to high net worth clientele. Motivate and mentor junior staff members by providing them with leadership, counselling, and professional guidance. Start to reputed company new business relationships with potential clients and company personnel to grow Windham Brannon’s clientele reputed company and work to foster on-going efforts to obtain additional opportunities for the Firm. The qualifications and experience we are targeting include: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Accounting at the Senior or Manager level. An active CPA license. Prior experience supervising tax professionals on a project or engagement basis. Experience working with high net worth individuals and multi-generational families. Expertise in areas including income tax planning, estate and gift planning, international tax, and tax controversy. Experience with business clients in a variety of industries.
