This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders, including hospitals, government agencies and community-based organizations.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a strong background in public health and/or social determinants of health, along with the ability to reputed company and execute integrated and effective strategies and programs.
